And yes — we built VILS ourselves. From the very first idea, through boxes and chaos, to rooms full of energy. In our new video, we take you behind the scenes: you’ll see us carrying things around, putting furniture together, laughing, and occasionally staring at instruction manuals in complete despair. And in the end, we’re genuinely excited about every piece of furniture we managed to assemble.
Why are we showing you all of this? Because that’s exactly what VILS stands for: getting things done. Shaping. Growing. Together.

We didn’t want an anonymous, sterile seminar room. We wanted a place that feels approachable, authentic, and alive. A place where development isn’t just theoretical, but practical — and, most importantly, enjoyable.
