Not at all — that's exactly what the configurator is for. You just answer a few high-level questions (focus areas, team size, how many days you want to invest) and the tool handles the rest. There are 93 sessions across two main tracks: Sales and Leadership. Topics range from communication, influence and leadership development to sales techniques, negotiation, pipeline management and customer excellence. Each session runs 3 hours and is designed for teams, not individuals.
Both options are available. Most sessions run in-person, online, or as a blended format — you choose during the configurator. A small number of highly hands-on sessions are in-person only and will be filtered out automatically if you select online delivery.
Each session runs 3 hours. One training day equals two sessions — a morning and an afternoon block. A typical Academy runs anywhere from 3 to 10 days depending on team size and ambition. The configurator lets you set your exact time budget, including a custom number of days if the preset options don't fit.
You get a personalised PDF Academy plan that lists your selected sessions, the topics they cover, the format, and an overview of the programme structure. It's a working document you can share internally — not a sales brochure. Pricing and scheduling are discussed with Nina after you download the plan.
Yes. On the results screen you can swap out any session for an alternative, remove sessions, or go back and change your answers. You can also run through the configurator again as many times as you like. Once you share the plan with Nina, any further adjustments are handled together in a short call.
