For which companies is Peaks of Sales suitable?+
Peaks of Sales is designed for companies that want to build a genuinely capable sales team — not just run a one-off training day. It works for organizations of all sizes, across industries, and is particularly effective for teams where there are specific skill gaps to close or where commercial performance needs to improve systematically. The program has been run with hundreds of participants across Europe.
Do we have to book all 9 peaks or can we choose?+
You choose. Many companies start with 2–4 peaks that address their most critical gaps, then expand the program over time. Others go straight for all 9 as a complete commercial academy. There is no minimum commitment — we agree the scope with you based on your team’s needs and your timeline.
How long does the program take?+
Each peak is a two-day training. The full 9-peak program is usually run over several months, with sessions spaced to allow participants to apply what they have learned between training days. The exact schedule is agreed with the client based on group size and availability.
Is the training in-person, online or hybrid?+
Peaks of Sales is primarily designed as an in-person program, run at the Vienna Institute for Leadership and Sales or on-site at your company. Hybrid formats are available on request. In-person sessions are strongly recommended for the interactive exercises, simulations and peer learning that make the program effective and memorable.
What does a typical training day look like?+
Each training day combines targeted input, practical exercises and application work. Sessions include proven frameworks, hands-on tools and simulations (such as the “Global Strategy” business simulation in Peak 5), followed by group discussion and individual reflection.
What certification do participants receive?+
Participants who complete the full Peaks of Sales program receive a Peaks of Sales certificate issued by the Vienna Institute for Leadership and Sales, confirming completion of all 9 peaks.
Can the program be run as a corporate academy for our team?+
Yes — this is the most common format. Peaks of Sales is frequently delivered as a tailored corporate academy where the trainer works exclusively with one organization’s team. The peaks, examples and exercises are customized to your industry, products and sales context. Get in touch to discuss formats and pricing.
In what languages is the program available?+
Peaks of Sales is available in English and German. The language is agreed based on participant preference and client organization requirements. Mixed-language groups can be accommodated with advance notice.
