The program runs in two phases, each designed to shift behavior not just understanding — with fieldwork between every session so new approaches are tested in real situations before the next session begins.
Between sessions: Participants complete structured fieldwork assignments with their real teams — then bring back what happened to the group. Three virtual coaching sessions (2h each) provide additional reflection and support between the in-person days.
