Who is this program for?+
Next Gen Leadership is designed for high-potential professionals who are moving into or have recently taken on a leadership role — team leads, department heads, and senior individual contributors ready to step up. It also works well for more experienced leaders who want to sharpen their approach with fresh methods and a stronger network.
How long is the time commitment per month?+
Expect roughly one full day per month for in-person sessions (6.5h each), plus one virtual coaching session (2h) in the off months. Between sessions, participants complete short fieldwork assignments with their real teams — typically 1–2 hours per week.
Can we enroll multiple people from the same company?+
Yes, and we encourage it. Having 2–4 participants from the same company creates a shared language and framework that makes change far more lasting. Multiple bookings are also eligible for group pricing — ask Marlene about options.
Is this program held in German or English?+
Sessions are held in German by default. English-language cohorts can be arranged with enough interest — contact Marlene to discuss what works for your team.
Can we customize the content for our company?+

What makes the guest speakers relevant?+
All C-level guest speakers are sourced from Ronald’s personal network of senior executives at major European companies. They speak frankly about what leadership actually looks like at the top — not polished keynotes, but real conversations with people who have led through real challenges.
What happens between sessions?+
Participants are given fieldwork assignments to apply in their actual work environment — with their real teams, in real situations. Each session then begins with a debrief of what happened when they tried it. This feedback loop is what makes the learning stick.
