Designed for focused work, meaningful conversations and real learning — right at Schottenring (U2/U4). All rooms are equipped with the latest presentation technology and can be configured flexibly.

Whether you’re running an internal workshop, a leadership offsite, a client presentation or a coaching session — you’ll find the right space here. Catering options are available on request.

We arrange catering on-site — from morning coffee and pastries to a full hot lunch. For teams who prefer to go out, there are dozens of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes of the institute. Just mention your wishes in the enquiry form and we’ll coordinate everything.

Combine your workshop or training day with a shared experience. Vienna offers guided city walks, escape rooms, cooking workshops, Danube canal trips and wine tastings — all nearby. Ask Marlene for recommendations based on your group size and interests.

Participants travelling from outside Vienna? The Schottenring location is steps from the Hilton Vienna Plaza and Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom, with several well-rated 3-star options along the Ringstrasse. The U-Bahn at the door connects directly to the airport.

Questions about renting rooms at VILS

Everything you need to know before you book — from pricing and availability to catering and access.

How do I book a room?+
Each room has its own booking page with a live calendar — you can reserve hourly or daily slots directly online. For long-term arrangements or recurring bookings, use the enquiry form on this page and Marlene will get back to you promptly.
What are the prices?+
Pricing varies by room: the Coaching Room starts at € 25/hour (€ 210/day), the Meeting Room at € 34/hour (€ 280/day), and both Seminar Rooms at € 39/hour (€ 345/day). All prices are incl. VAT. Half-day rates are available on request.
Can I visit the rooms before booking?+
Of course. Contact Marlene to arrange a walkthrough — we’re happy to show you any or all of the rooms, answer questions about layout and equipment, and help you choose the right space for your needs.
Is catering available?+
Yes. We can arrange coffee and refreshments, a catered lunch, or afternoon snacks for any booking. Just mention your wishes and group size in the enquiry form and we’ll coordinate with our partners. For groups over 10, please enquire at least 3 days in advance.
How do I get into the building on the day?+
Once your booking is confirmed, Marlene will send you full access instructions including the floor, entry code and any other details. The building is at Franz-Josefs-Kai 49, 1010 Vienna — one minute from Schottenring (U2/U4).
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the booking are free of charge. For late cancellations or no-shows, the full rate applies. Long-term and recurring arrangements have individually agreed cancellation terms.
Can I book multiple rooms on the same day?+
Yes — all four rooms can be booked simultaneously on the same day, for example for parallel workshops, a plenary plus breakout setup, or a multi-team event. Contact Marlene if you’re planning a multi-room setup and she’ll help coordinate everything.
