The Coaching Room is designed for conversations that matter. With a calm, lounge-style atmosphere and a private feel, it's the ideal space for executive coaching, personnel interviews, mentoring sessions and small confidential discussions. Everything about this room is set up so that the people inside it can fully focus on what they're talking about.

We arrange catering on-site — from morning coffee and pastries to a full hot lunch. For teams who prefer to go out, there are dozens of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes of the institute. Just mention your wishes in the enquiry form and we’ll coordinate everything.

Combine your workshop or training day with a shared experience. Vienna offers guided city walks, escape rooms, cooking workshops, Danube canal trips and wine tastings — all nearby. Ask Marlene for recommendations based on your group size and interests.

Questions about the Coaching Room

Everything you need to know before booking — from equipment and access to cancellations.

Can I book the Coaching Room for just one hour?+
Yes — the room is available by the hour from € 25 incl. VAT. You can book directly through the calendar above. For recurring weekly or monthly slots, contact Marlene for a long-term arrangement.
What equipment is included?+
The Coaching Room can be set up with a whiteboard or flipchart (on request), high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable lounge-style seating. Access to the shared kitchen and lounge area is included in every booking.
Is the room suitable for podcast recording?+
Yes. The room's quiet, enclosed atmosphere makes it ideal for audio recording. A basic podcast setup (microphones, stand) can be arranged on request — just let Marlene know in advance.
Can I bring outside catering or food?+
Absolutely. The shared kitchen is available to all room guests. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or we can arrange catering for your session on request.
How do I access the building on the day?+
After booking, you'll receive access instructions from Marlene. The building is at Franz-Josefs-Kai 49, 1010 Vienna — one minute from Schottenring (U2/U4). Detailed instructions and the floor number are sent with your booking confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time are free of charge. For late cancellations or no-shows, the full hourly or daily rate applies. For recurring long-term bookings, the terms are agreed individually.
Is the room available at weekends or in the evenings?+
Yes — the room can be booked outside standard office hours on request. Check the calendar for general availability, or contact Marlene for bookings outside listed slots.
