With a long conference table, a wall-mounted TV screen, whiteboard and comfortable chairs, it gives you everything you need for strategy sessions, leadership team meetings, client presentations and creative brainstorming — without the distraction of a busy hotel lobby or an open-plan office.

We arrange catering on-site — from morning coffee and pastries to a full hot lunch. For teams who prefer to go out, there are dozens of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes of the institute. Just mention your wishes in the enquiry form and we’ll coordinate everything.

Combine your workshop or training day with a shared experience. Vienna offers guided city walks, escape rooms, cooking workshops, Danube canal trips and wine tastings — all nearby. Ask Marlene for recommendations based on your group size and interests.

Questions about the Meeting Room

Practical answers before you book — layout options, AV setup, and how to get the most from your session.

How many people can the Meeting Room hold?+
The room comfortably seats 8 people at the conference table. There is also a small lounge area within the room for breaks. The total space is approximately 26 m².
What presentation and AV equipment is available?+
The room comes with a large wall-mounted TV screen, whiteboard, and flipchart. You can connect your laptop via HDMI or wirelessly. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.
Can we hold a video conference or hybrid meeting in this room?+
Yes. The room is well-suited for video calls. You'll need to bring your own laptop and camera (or use the room's TV as a display). We recommend testing connectivity in advance if your meeting is hybrid-critical.
Can I book a half-day instead of a full day?+
Yes — the room is available by the hour from € 34/h incl. VAT, or for a full day at € 280. A half-day rate is available on request — contact Marlene for options.
Is catering available for our meeting?+
Yes. We can arrange coffee, water and snacks, or a full catering service for lunch or afternoon breaks. Just specify your wishes when making the enquiry and we'll coordinate the rest.
Where can we park near the meeting room?+
There are paid parking garages within a 5-minute walk. However, the room is extremely well connected by public transport — Schottenring (U2/U4) is one minute on foot.
