Whether you’re new to profiling or choosing between tools you already know, here’s what we get asked most often.

What are profiling tools and how do they work?+
Profiling tools are structured assessments based on behavioral science, values research or psychological models. Participants complete a questionnaire, and the results generate a detailed report that describes their behavioral style, communication preferences, motivators, blind spots and development opportunities. A debrief session then helps translate the data into practical insights.
Which tool is right for our team?+
It depends on your goal. DiSC and 5 Behaviours are ideal for team dynamics. Leadership Excellence and Management Profile work best for leaders and managers. Profiling Values and Balance Report are most powerful in 1:1 coaching contexts. Sales Assessment fits talent selection and individual coaching in sales roles. We always recommend a short conversation first to make sure you get the right match.
Are these tools used in your training programs?+
Yes. DiSC in particular is integrated into most of our training programs — from the Peaks of Sales Academy to Next Gen Leadership — because it gives participants a shared language and framework that makes every other element of training more effective.
How accurate are these assessments?+
Everything DiSC and profilingvalues tools are backed by substantial research and validated across millions of users globally. They are descriptive rather than predictive — they reflect behavioral tendencies, not fixed personality types. Accuracy improves when participants complete the assessment honestly and without overthinking their answers.
How long does an assessment take?+
Most assessments take 15–25 minutes to complete online. The debrief session, where we walk through the results and discuss next steps, typically takes between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on the tool and context.
Can we combine multiple profiles for a team?+
Yes — and it’s often highly effective. When an entire team completes the same assessment, we can generate a team overview that shows how different styles interact. This becomes especially powerful in workshops where participants can explore their combinations in real time.
